What Is Arranged
Four things, handled properly.
Where you stay
A hotel in the wrong district costs you an hour a day. You receive two or three properties chosen for your budget, your route and how you travel — with the reason for each.
How you move
Shinkansen or a domestic flight. Whether the rail pass earns its cost. When to send luggage ahead. Answered once, for your route, with the exact trains and times.
Where you eat
Japan's best rooms take bookings by telephone, in Japanese, from a Japanese number. We make those calls and confirm the table in your name.
While you are here
A day-by-day plan you can open on your phone, and someone in your timezone if a train is late or a plan needs changing.

Stays, routes, tables and daily flow are decided and connected. You review it, and we refine it together.
You travel
Reservations are held in your name, the plan lives on your phone, and I am reachable in Japan while you are here.

What you pay, and to whom. The design fee covers planning, curation and reservation work only. Hotels, meals, transport and activities are booked in your own name and paid directly by you, at the same rates you would pay otherwise. We earn no commission on your bookings.
