Japan Journey starts at US$799 for up to 10 days and US$999 for 11–14 days. Booking Coordination starts at US$499 for an existing daily itinerary. You receive a day-by-day itinerary with routes, timings and transport notes, plus recommendations for stays, meals and experiences. Yes, where the provider accepts the arrangement. We check booking methods and release dates, then handle the agreed Japanese-language enquiries and follow-up. You can ask us to review a self-made or AI-assisted itinerary for practical issues such as timing, transfers, pacing and booking requirements. Chat and phone support is optional and quoted separately. We can help coordinate cancellations, delays and practical changes in Japanese.
