Transport and luggage
Transport and luggage plans that fit your route, arrival times and pace. Drivers and guides are arranged only where agreed.

The final fee reflects the journey and arrangements agreed in writing. Hotels, meals, transport, guides, experiences and tickets are paid separately. Revisions follow your agreed scope. Optional chat and phone support for cancellations, delays or changes during your trip is quoted separately, with contact hours and response expectations agreed before departure.
For an anniversary or another occasion, ask about itinerary planning through Japan Journey. Celebration arrangements and any upgrades depend on the provider’s confirmation.

Can you plan a honeymoon around hotels we already booked?
Yes. Share the existing bookings and what is still undecided. We will assess the planning and coordination needed, then confirm the scope and fee.
Do you guarantee upgrades or special access?
No. Room upgrades, private formats and celebration arrangements depend on the provider. They are included only when explicitly confirmed.
