Quoted per trip Priced on the number and difficulty of the reservations rather than the length of your trip. Confirmed in writing before anything is charged. Restaurants, activities and transport are paid directly by you, at their own rates, and we earn no commission.

Who this is for

Not everyone needs a journey designed from scratch. A great many travellers arrive with the hard decisions already made — and then run into the part of Japan that cannot be solved from a laptop overseas.

What we coordinate

Restaurants
Including the counters that take bookings only by telephone, in Japanese, from a Japanese number.Held in your name, with the cancellation terms explained before you commit.
Activities
Tea ceremonies, workshops, guided visits, tickets that sell out on release.Booked to fit the days you have already planned.
Transportation
Seat reservations, transfers, and a private car for the day that genuinely needs one.Fares are paid by you directly to the operator.
Luggage forwarding
Arranged between your existing hotels so no large case travels with you.How forwarding works.
What we do not change. Your hotels, your cities and your route stay exactly as you planned them. If something in the plan will not work — a connection that is too tight, a restaurant on a day it is closed — we will say so, but the itinerary remains yours.
