Your route and daily schedule
A sequence of destinations and realistic days, allowing for travel, check-in, meals and time to explore independently. Private guided time, driver-only time and independent time are identified where relevant.
Hotel and ryokan selection
Recommendations with reasons: room layout, atmosphere, location and how the stay fits the journey. Where relevant, we check private-bath arrangements, children’s policies and dining requirements with the provider.
Dining with variety
Special meals alongside excellent local restaurants and optional stops. Agreed reservation requests are coordinated through the routes the restaurants accept.
Culture that fits your interests
Private tea ceremonies, craft visits, food walks, sushi-making classes and sake experiences can be considered. Language, format, duration and provider conditions are checked for the selected request.
Trains, private transfers and luggage
Reserved rail, private cars, airport transfers and luggage-forwarding plans where useful. The choice depends on the route, your travel party and what makes the day comfortable.
Booking details and support during your trip
Receive clear booking statuses and relevant payment and cancellation terms. Chat and phone support can also be agreed for your trip, for help with cancellations, delays or changes to your plans.

Plan my Japan tripStarting planning fees per trip, in US dollars. Trips over 14 days are quoted individually; honeymoon planning starts at US$1,199. Hotels, meals, transport, guides, experiences and tickets are additional costs. We confirm the work and final fee in writing before payment. Chat and phone support dates, contact hours, response expectations and any service fee are agreed before departure.

Frequently asked questions
Does itinerary planning include actual reservation work?
Agreed reservation requests and follow-up are part of the planning scope, where the provider accepts the arrangement. Some guest accounts, payments or ticket purchases must be completed by the visiting guest.
Do all days have a guide or driver?
No. Your plan identifies guided time, driver-only arrangements and independent time where relevant. We recommend each according to your interests, route and comfort.
Can you manage reservation release dates?
You can request release-date tracking for the arrangements in your scope. We check the current provider rules and agree who will apply or purchase, when action is needed and which alternatives are acceptable. Availability is not guaranteed.
