The short version
I'm a travel creator based in Tokyo. On TikTok I publish the places I actually go — bars with a view worth the elevator ride, cafes down side streets, matcha worth queuing for, and hotels that are genuinely unusual rather than just expensive. Around 50,000 people follow that.
The concierge service came out of the same work. People kept asking the same question under the videos: "where should I stay?", "is this worth it?", "can you plan mine?" — and those are not questions a comment section answers well.
I don't recommend from lists. I recommend from places I've been.
Why that matters when you're planning
Most Japan itineraries you can buy are built from the same websites you already found. Mine come from places I go to — which is why they're shorter, and why I can tell you what to order.
If I put a café halfway through a walk, it's because I've done that walk and that's where you'll want to sit. If I say arrive at ten, it's because I once turned up at eleven and waited.
- Based in Tokyo
- Not planning Japan from abroad. I'm in the city these itineraries move through, year-round.
- Japanese-language
- I make the phone calls — including to the restaurants that only take reservations by phone, in Japanese, from a local number.
- An outsider's eye
- I know which things are genuinely worth a foreign visitor's limited days, and which are only famous locally. Those are different lists.
- Working publicly
- Everything I recommend privately, I've been posting publicly for years. You can check my taste before you hire me.
What I'm not
- Not a travel agency. I don't sell flights, and I don't earn commission on where you stay.
- Not a booking platform. You book and pay hotels directly, at the same price you'd get anywhere.
- Not a team. You're working with me — which is why I take a limited number of trips at a time.
- Not a template. If your dates and interests are the same as someone else's, the plan still won't be.
How to check me out before you pay
Watch the TikTok, read a guide, look at a real 12-day case study, and see exactly what the itinerary document looks like. If the taste doesn't match yours, that's genuinely useful to know before spending anything.
And if it does — the application takes about a minute, and nothing is charged until we've agreed the plan is right.
Let's plan yours.
Tell me how you travel. I'll reply within 48 hours with the plan I'd recommend and why.
