Neighbourhood restaurants, regional food, markets and casual places can sit alongside the special meals. Some are best kept as recommendations rather than fixed commitments.

Japanese-language enquiries

We can make the agreed calls and explain the party’s requirements. Restaurants may use online systems, hotel channels, telephone bookings or referral requirements; acceptance varies.

Prices, payment and cancellation terms

Before you approve a commitment, the relevant price basis, menu, payment timing and cancellation terms are checked. Requested does not mean Confirmed.

Care in the details

Allergies and dietary requirements.

Allergies are treated separately from preferences. Tell us about ingredients and any cross-contact concerns before a restaurant is selected. The chosen restaurant must confirm what it can accommodate; suitability is not assumed from a menu or a general label.

Where relevant, the enquiry can cover stock and dashi, sauces, shared oil, cookware and preparation. If the restaurant cannot confirm the requirement, we will explain the uncertainty and discuss alternatives.

Can you help with Tokyo sushi and omakase reservations?

You can request restaurant research and reservation coordination within the agreed scope. The restaurant’s rules, availability, menu and party acceptance determine what is possible. No particular counter is guaranteed.

How much does restaurant reservation assistance cost?

Dining coordination can be included in the agreed Japan Journey scope. For an existing itinerary, Booking Coordination starts at US$499 per trip, with the final request list and fee agreed in writing. Meals and any supplier booking charges are separate.

Can you guarantee an allergy-safe meal?

No. Requirements must be communicated and the restaurant’s ability to accommodate them confirmed. We do not infer safety from a dish name or promise an environment free from cross-contact.
