  • Travel dates, nights, hotel locations and fixed commitments agree across the plan.
  • Travel, walking, transfers, check-in and luggage arrangements leave workable buffers.
  • Opening days, appointment times and ticket release dates come from current official sources.
  • The restaurant accepts your party and has confirmed relevant food requirements.
  • Private guides, driver-only time and independent time are clearly separated.
  • Proposals, requests, holds, confirmations and payments are recorded as different states.
  • The plan leaves room for the pace and experiences you actually want.

A review, a new plan or booking help?

Ask about a review if you want your existing itinerary checked. If it needs redesigning or only reservations remain, we explain which service fits.

Before work begins, we confirm which parts of the plan will be checked, the fee and anything the review will not cover. Reservation work is agreed separately.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a published fixed price for review-only work?

No fixed review-only plan is listed here. The work is assessed individually. Japan Journey and Booking Coordination remain separate services with their own published starting fees.

Does an itinerary review make my bookings confirmed?

No. A plan review and a supplier booking are different tasks. Each reservation is Confirmed only when supported by the provider’s confirmation; payment status is separate.
